Bert-Jan joined AAC in 1997 having previously worked at ABN AMRO Rothschild and ABN AMRO equity capital markets in origination and execution of IPO's and public company deals, and with ABN AMRO equity research in analysing public market companies. Bert-Jan has been involved in the buyouts of Desotec, Sdu, Plasticon and IMCD.
Bert-Jan holds a BSc in Business Economics from the HES in Amsterdam and a CEFA from VBA in Amsterdam.
Karin joined AAC in 2004 and is key to our smooth everyday operations. She also provides administrative support to the investment team. Karin's previous experience includes an office manager position at Ogilvy & Mather, as well as a sales support export at Nestlé.
Marc has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, private equity and banking. Marc joined AAC in 2002 and has been involved in all major transactions in the Benelux portfolio. He started his career at ABN AMRO and held several international positions in corporate finance and equity capital markets.
Marc holds a MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
Maurice joined AAC in 2002 and has been responsible for investments in Salad Signature, Orangefield, IMCD and Sdu. Maurice currently is a non-executive director on the board of Yarrah. Maurice started his career at AHOLD, before joining ABN AMRO Investment Banking, and 3i.
Maurice holds an MSc in Econometrics/Operations Research (with honours) from the University of Tilburg, participated in the MBA program of Chicago University and is a registered Financial Analyst (EFFAS).
Sander joined AAC in 2011 and has been involved in the buyouts of Savaco, Oogwereld, Yarrah, Corilus, Orangefield Group and Baarsma. Prior to joining the investment team, Sander was responsible for fund reporting at AAC.
Sander holds an MSc in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
Frank joined AAC in 2000. Prior to joining Frank held various positions within ABN AMRO Commercial Banking. Frank has been involved in the investments in Yarrah, Corilus, Salad Signature, Baarsma Wine Group, Lucas Bols, CleanLeaseFortex and TMI.
Frank holds an MA in Law from the University of Nijmegen.
Paul joined AAC in 2002. Prior to joining AAC, Paul held various positions within ABN AMRO Wholesale Banking. Paul has been involved in the AAC buyouts of Hobré Instruments, Lubbers Transport Group, Baarsma Wine Group, Vetus, Lucas Bols, Fabory, CleanLeaseFortex, Drie Mollen Group, Radio Holland and RTD.
He holds an MA in Law from the University of Leiden.
Paul joined AAC in 2000 after having started his career as international trainee at ABN AMRO, where he held various positions in corporate & wholesale banking and leveraged finance. Paul’s most recent buyouts are Verasol, Corilus, Lubbers and Desotec whilst he was also involved in the buy-outs of TMI, Inalfa, Roompot, Vetus and CARe.
Paul has a MSc Economics from the Free University Amsterdam.
Martijn joined AAC in 2020 after gaining experience in the M&A sector at PwC Corporate Finance. Martijn has a Double Master Degree in Management with a MSc in Strategic Management (Cum Laude) at the Rotterdam School of Management and a MSc in International Management at the Bocconi University in Milan.
Coen joined AAC in 2017 and is currently involved in the investments in Home & Garden Solutions, Lubbers Logistics Group, Hobré Instruments and Fysius. Prior to working for AAC, Coen worked for Heineken and HAL Investments.
Coen holds an MSc in Econometrics at the University of Amsterdam.
